Welcome to Payroll2Payslip ("we", "us", or "our"). Payroll2Payslip is a product owned and operated by Whinst. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Payroll2Payslip web app and its services (collectively, the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Payroll2Payslip is a web application designed to convert payroll data into downloadable payslips. The App automates payslip creation using the information you upload. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payroll data you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your account login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Payroll2Payslip for illegal activities, fraudulent payroll submissions, or any actions that violate the rights of others.

5. Accuracy of Generated Payslips

Payroll2Payslip generates payslips based on the data you upload. We do not verify the correctness, completeness, or legality of your input. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of any payslip created through the App.

6. Plans, Payments & Refunds

Payroll2Payslip offers free and paid plans. Paid plans may include limits on payslip generation or additional features. All payments are processed through third-party providers.

Payments are refundable when a refund request is made within 14 days AND the purchased plan has not been used.

7. Data Privacy

You retain full ownership of the payroll data you upload. We do not store or use your payroll information for any purpose other than generating your payslips. However, you acknowledge that data transmission over the internet may not be 100% secure.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Payroll2Payslip platform—including its design, code, and functionality—remain the property of Whinst. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Payroll2Payslip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including errors in generated payslips or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
